No. Our coaching is educational and focused on everyday routine structure. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you need clinical support, please contact your GP or a registered health professional.
Discovery chats are free. Single in-studio sessions are NZ$145 (incl. GST). A four-session pack is NZ$520. Remote sessions are slightly less. Full details are on our Pricing page.
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your session receive a full credit or refund. See our Return Policy for full terms, including your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching effectiveness depends on your circumstances and the changes you choose to implement. We provide practical guidance — not promises of particular results.
